We work only with suppliers who partner with Indiana and Midwest farms and families that meet our standards for raising the highest quality pork and beef in the most responsible way. Our New Mexico chile peppers are grown to the company’s specifications. No allergens, cereals, or fillers are used in any of our chorizo or longaniza. Tired of eating chorizo made with pig glands? We never use glands. Providing the highest quality food for your family has been our mission for over 100 years. As long as the product is still contained in its original packaging or plastic casing it is good by the “Use By” date. If the casing has been opened, then the chorizo is good for 23 days.
