Ingredients

  • Bolillos or crusty rolls, halved
  • Refried beans
  • El Popular Chorizo (Any Chorizo of your choice)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pico de gallo or salsa

Directions

  • Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Toast bread halves in a dry skillet or toaster until golden.
  • Spread warm refried beans over the bread.
  • Top with cooked chorizo and shredded cheese.
  • Cover the skillet for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Finish with pico de gallo or salsa and serve warm.

Ingredients

  • Remove casing from El Popular Chorizo links.
  • Place desired amount in a non-stick skillet.
  • Break-up El Popular Chorizo while cooking at medium heat.
  • Sauté for 7-8 minutes until the El Popular Chorizo is fully cooked or the internal temperature is 165 degrees (F).
  • Enjoy on or in any dish.
