  • Start to Finish: 1 hour

  • 2 pkgs (24 oz.) El Popular Original Chorizo
  • 2 dozen Flour tortillas (small)
  • 16 oz. Shredded Queso or Mexican style cheese
  • 10 oz. Enchilada sauce (red)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (soften)
  • 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spray Oil
  • 13 x 9 baking pan
  1. Prepare Chorizo according to directions on package. Oil spray a 13 x 9 baking pan and set aside.
  2. Next, warm the tortillas according to package directions. Mix the soften cream cheese and parmesan together until combine.
  3. Layer 6 tortillas into prepared baking pan, top the layer with 3 oz. of the cheese mixture, then 2 oz. of enchilada sauce, 6 oz. of chorizo continue layering until there are four, top the with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly. ENJOY!
